Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any non-perishable, unopened item you purchased from Wag's Pet Beastro, Inc. for any reason for a full refund. We cannot accept returns of opened items. Non-perishable merchandise that is defective can be returned for full refund or exchange less shipping costs.
Returns and exchanges are not possible on perishable goods due to the nature of the product. However, If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, please contact us and we will refund your money less shipping costs.
Please contact us via email or phone to request your returns authorization number, which you should write on the outside of the package. This will ensure that your return is dealt with as quickly as possible. We recommend our customers to use a form of traceable delivery (tracking number or delivery confirmation). Also when returning an item, it is a good idea to insure the package, we can't be responsible for lost packages.
Every possible caution is exercised in the packaging of our products prior to shipping. Wag's Pet Beastro, Inc. cannot be held liable for broken or damaged goods from 3rd party transportation companies. Claims can be filed with the appropriate carriers should the package(s) arrive damaged.
